What happens if the merchant cancels with Govalo and uses the Shopify internal gift cards instead?

We definitely thought about this while building the App as we totally understand you might not want to use Govalo forever, but you don't want your customers to lose access to their gift cards. 

This means that we made sure the entire experience can happen even with our app uninstalled. We generate a gift card that can be managed directly in the Shopify Gift Card section of your Shopify admin, and we have created a redemption experience that lives on a separate page so that your customers will never lose the ability to click on the redemption link in their email and gather the gift card information. 

Lastly, the actual usage of the gift card happens in the Shopify checkout, just like a standard Shopify gift card, so that will always function.
