How do I approve Collaborator/backend access on Shopify?

Sometimes our team may need access to your store's admin, so we can perform adjustments to your theme for better compatibility with Govalo, or troubleshoot issues. When access is needed, we will send you a Collaborator access request.

This request will be seen on the homepage of the Shopify Admin, and the store owner will also receive an email - it can be approved from either place. You would need to have permissions for basically everything on the store to approve it, so if you don’t see it on the homepage (it will be in a yellow notice box in the main feed), you may need to ask the store owner to approve it.
