Setting up a Sending Domain

Step 1: Enter your domain name

Under “Configure” ➡️“Email templates” you’ll find the “Sending domain” setting. Enter your domain name and click “Next”.

Step 2: Create DNS records

In order to send email using your domain you must create the given DNS records. This process varies from provider to provider, but the type (“TXT” or “CNAME”), “Host”, and “Value” are what you need.

Once created you can click “Validate records”. Once clicked the page will refresh, but it may take some time for the records to be validated (sometimes up to 24 hours).

Step 3: Enable your Sending domain

Once the DNS records have been validated you can click “Enable sending domain” to start using it!
