"Oauth error invalid_request" when trying to access Govalo

Sometimes merchants are required to re-authenticate and approve changes for an app, which may be a Shopify requirement or a consequence of changes done to the app's permissions. While this is a perfectly normal situation, it can cause the app to be inaccessible for some users and the error Oauth error invalid_request to be displayed:

In order to restore access to the app, please ask a store admin to access the Govalo app and approve the changes. They will be prompted to approve the new permissions as indicated in the image below:

In the event that the store admin doesn't see the prompt above, they may try to resolve this by accessing the following URL, after which other staff in the store should be able to access the Govalo app again:

https://MYSHOPIFY_URL/admin/apps/govalo/auth

Make sure to replace "MYSHOPIFY_URL" with your store's myshopify URL, as in "https://govalo-site.myshopify.com/admin/apps/govalo/auth".
