Yes, you can. Shopify allows using multiple gift cards and discount codes stacked up at checkout, therefore you can combine multiple gift cards, or even a gift card and a discount code.
Note: it's not possible to stack up gift cards or discount codes in the Recharge Checkout, since it allows the input of a single gift card or discount.
